# Review Configurations

In the final stage, you must provide a name to the audit. The results of the audit also have the same name as mentioned here. 

1. Enter a name and click Next. 
2. You can review the settings configured. To edit any setting, click **Back**. 
3. If all the settings are configured accurately, click **Submit**. 
4. Click **Done**.
