Configuring Alerts

Learn how to configure alerts in Nightfall for Zendesk
When an action is taken by Nightfall policy on sensitive information within a ticket, you are notified by an alert. You can configure who or where alerts must go when a violation occurs and action is taken.
Nightfall sends alerts in real-time to the selected alert channels. To configure alerts, go to Settings in the Nightfall console. You must configure at least one of the following channels:
  • Slack alerts
  • Email Alerts
  • Webhook
